Mr. Menard is an accredited appraiser and joined the firm in 2001. He is responsible for conducting appraisal reports, financial/development analysis, and valuations on commercial properties in the Eastern Ontario region.

He focuses on the appraisal of office buildings, industrial properties, subdivisions, retail developments, schools, multi-residential, land and market rent analysis.

Mr. Menard graduated from St. Lawrence College with a Diploma in Appraisal /Assessment. He has been an Accredited Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1993 and has recently completed Professional Development Courses offered by the Sauder School of Business of the University of British Columbia on Hotel Valuation, Multi-Family Property Valuation, Highest and Best Use, Seniors Facilities Valuation and Land Valuation.
