Ms. Ms. McDonald joined the firm in 2002. She is experienced in expropriations, feasibility studies and portfolio valuations. Her focus is mainly on the appraisal of land, industrial, retail, office buildings and self storage product. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McDonald worked for the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation for four years as a Valuation Assistant responsible for the collection of residential and commercial data for property assessment purposes.

Ms. McDonald is a graduate of Carleton University where she obtained a B.A. in Geography (1997). She obtained her Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Colombia (2008). Ms. McDonald obtained her Accredited Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada designation in 2009.
