Ms. Johnson is a partner in the firm and has been an appraiser since 1986. She specializes in larger commercial property valuations where a higher degree of technical skill is required. Her focus is mainly on the appraisal of office, industrial, retail and apartment buildings, market rent analysis, insurance valuations and asset management studies, primarily for PWGSC. She also has experience with valuation software including Project and Argus.

Ms. Johnson is a graduate of Queens University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). She has been an Accredited Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1993 and serves on the Provincial Admissions Committee of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
