Mr. Comba is a partner in the firm and has been an appraiser since 1988. He specializes in the appraisal of office buildings, industrial properties, subdivisions, sports and entertainment facilities, retail developments, portfolio valuations and land. He also has extensive experience with valuation software including Project and Argus.

Prior to joining Juteau Johnson Comba Inc, Mr. Comba was employed by a local real estate owner and developer for three years. His responsibilities included the management of office and industrial buildings and assistance with the planning of numerous residential subdivisions and a commercial development known as Gloucester City Centre.

Mr. Comba graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Science. He has been an Accredited Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1994 and is a member of BOMA and the International Right of Way Association.
